Shipping:

Orders will be processed Monday thru Friday with the exception of public holidays. Please allow 2-5 business days before receiving a tracking number for your order. If you have not received a tracking number in that time, please feel free to contact info@cerulean.online 

Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout according to USPS calculated rates and vary based on package weight.

International Shipping:

Currently unavailable at this time. 

Returns/Refunds:

We do not offer returns or refunds on products sold. Please be sure to carefully review all information in regards to your order before finalizing your purchase.

In the case that you have received a damaged item, please contact info@cerulean.online and provide your receipt and visual proof of damage. Once your return has been approved, you are free to mail the item to the return address on the package in order to be fully refunded upon arrival.

Refunds for damaged items may take up to a week to process. Please contact us at info@cerulean.online if you have further questions.
